Getting Started

Pack an Order Beginner Guide

Learn the complete warehouse workflow, from reading customer orders to loading finished boxes onto delivery trucks. Faster completions earn Coins, improve your leaderboard time, and help you unlock upgrades and abilities.

1

Choose Solo or Multiplayer

Enter the warehouse alone or join friends in Pack an Order. Teams can divide the shelves and pack several parts of an order at the same time.

2

Read the Customer Order

Check which toys are required before collecting anything. Press R to cycle between available orders.

3

Search the Shelves

Move through the warehouse and locate products that match the active order. Learning the shelf layout reduces wasted travel time.

4

Inspect the Product

Use Right Click or the Y button to inspect an item when similar products are difficult to distinguish.

5

Pick Up the Correct Item

Press E or Left Click to collect a product. Use the scroll wheel to switch between items when carrying more than one.

6

Pack the Order

Bring the matching product to its order box and press E or Left Click to pack it. Press Q to drop an incorrect or unwanted item.

7

Load the Delivery Truck

Complete every requested item, finish the box, and load the packed order onto the delivery truck.

8

Spend Coins on Upgrades

Use earned Coins to improve Speed, Reach, and Carry Capacity. Repeat orders to unlock abilities and compete for faster leaderboard times.

Quick Tips

  • Read the full ticket before leaving the packing area so you grab every required product in one route.
  • Inspect similar-looking toys before packing to avoid placing the wrong item in a box.
  • Cycle carried products with the scroll wheel and pack them in the order shown on the ticket.
  • Drop incorrect items with Q near their original shelf instead of carrying them across the warehouse.
Warehouse Upgrades

Best Upgrades in Pack an Order

Compare Speed, Carry Capacity, and Reach to decide where to spend your Coins first. The best upgrade depends on how much time you lose while moving, carrying products, or interacting with shelves.

Speed

Improves movement through the warehouse and reduces travel time between shelves, packing stations, and delivery trucks.

Solo 1Team 1

Recommendation: Buy Speed first because movement is required during every stage of an order.

Carry Capacity

Allows more products to be transported before returning to an order box.

Solo 2Team 3

Recommendation: Prioritize it in solo play to reduce repeated trips. Use the scroll wheel to cycle through carried items.

Reach

Extends the distance from which products and packing targets can be interacted with.

Solo 3Team 2

Recommendation: Upgrade Reach after establishing good movement speed. It is especially useful when teammates divide the warehouse into sections.

Recommended Upgrade Route

Balances movement, collection efficiency, and the number of trips required per order.

Solo Speed to Carry Capacity to ReachTeam Speed to Reach to Carry Capacity

Recommendation: Solo players benefit more from carrying several products, while organized teams can focus on movement and quick shelf interactions.

Controls

Pack an Order Controls

Abilities and Upgrades

Pack an Order Abilities and Upgrades

Pack an Order includes unlockable abilities alongside three core upgrades: Speed, Reach, and Carry Capacity. Prioritize upgrades that remove the biggest delay from your current route, then use abilities to reduce searching, carrying, or packing time further.

Speed

Core Upgrade

Improves how quickly you move between shelves, packing stations, and delivery trucks.

Best for:
Large warehouse routes and repeated item runs
Timing:
Strong first upgrade for most players
Tip:
Use the extra movement speed to collect items from distant shelves before returning to the packing area.

Carry Capacity

Core Upgrade

Allows more requested products to be carried during one shelf run.

Best for:
Orders containing several products or repeated quantities
Timing:
Prioritize when inventory limits regularly force extra trips
Tip:
Cycle carried items with the scroll wheel and pack them in the order shown on the active ticket.

Reach

Core Upgrade

Extends the effective interaction range used while collecting and packing products.

Best for:
Dense shelves and items positioned slightly outside normal pickup range
Timing:
Purchase after movement and carrying limits are under control
Tip:
Approach the correct shelf section and use the added reach to reduce small positioning adjustments.

Unlockable Abilities

Ability System

Adds tools designed to make the order-packing process faster.

Best for:
Reducing delays during more demanding timed orders
Timing:
Unlock as progression allows
Tip:
Choose abilities that address your slowest task: finding products, transporting them, or packing completed orders.
Orders and Products

Pack an Order Orders and Items Guide

Each customer order lists the exact products and quantities that must be collected from the warehouse shelves. Check every item before packing it, cycle between active orders when needed, and load completed boxes onto the delivery trucks.

The order ticket displays the customer, order number, product names, required quantities, and an item checklist.

  • Press R to cycle between active orders.

Example: An order for Becca may request 1 Red Squishy, 2 Matcha Dumplings, 1 Clicker, and 3 Salted Butter items.

Coins and Progression

Pack an Order Coins and Leveling Guide

Coins are earned through the order-completion loop and are used to unlock progression upgrades. Since Pack an Order rewards efficient packing and tracks completion times, the most reliable farming method is to finish correct orders repeatedly while improving Speed, Carry Capacity, and Reach.

1

Starting Runs

Learn the warehouse layout and complete orders correctly

Read one ticket at a time, inspect uncertain products, pack the listed quantities, and load the completed box.

Spend: Save the first Coins for a core upgrade

Value: Correct, repeatable completions create a dependable Coin loop.

2

First Upgrade

Remove the largest source of wasted time

Choose Speed when travel is slow, Carry Capacity when extra trips are common, or Reach when shelf interactions require frequent repositioning.

Spend: Buy the upgrade that fixes the current bottleneck

Value: A targeted upgrade improves every order that follows.

3

Efficient Collection

Collect several requested products during each shelf route

Review the full ticket before leaving the packing area, group nearby shelf items, and cycle carried products with the scroll wheel.

Spend: Continue improving Speed and Carry Capacity

Value: Fewer return trips allow more orders to be completed during the same play session.

4

Ability Progression

Add tools that shorten searching, carrying, or packing tasks

Unlock abilities as they become available and use them where they remove the most time from the order workflow.

Spend: Balance ability unlocks with permanent core upgrades

Value: Abilities supplement the basic upgrade system and support faster completion times.

5

Leaderboard Farming

Complete full order sets as quickly and consistently as possible

Memorize shelf locations, avoid incorrect products, plan routes before moving, and minimize idle time at boxes and trucks.

Spend: Improve any remaining weak core stat

Value: Faster repeatable runs increase completed-order throughput and improve leaderboard performance.

Co-op and Leaderboards

Pack an Order Co-op and Leaderboard Strategy

Pack an Order supports both solo play and teams of friends, with leaderboards based on fast completion times. Organized crews perform best when players divide shelf searching, packing, and truck-loading duties instead of following the same route.

Solo Run

One player handles the full workflow

  • Read and cycle orders
  • Collect shelf products
  • Pack boxes
  • Load delivery trucks

Read the complete ticket before moving, collect nearby products in batches, inspect uncertain items, and use Carry Capacity to reduce return trips.

Avoid: Running back to the packing station after collecting only one item when more requested products are nearby.

Two-Player Team

Split collection from packing and delivery

  • Player 1 searches shelves and delivers requested products
  • Player 2 verifies items, packs boxes, and loads trucks

The collector announces the order being handled while the packing player keeps the box and delivery area moving.

Avoid: Both players leaving the packing station to search for the same item.

Three-Player Team

Assign one player to each major warehouse task

  • Picker collects products from shelves
  • Packer matches products to tickets and fills boxes
  • Loader moves completed orders to delivery trucks

Keep each role active continuously and rotate only when one stage develops a backlog.

Avoid: Allowing completed boxes to wait while every player searches the shelves.

Multiple Active Orders

Assign a specific order or shelf zone to each collector

  • Use R to cycle orders
  • Call out customer names or order numbers
  • Report completed quantities before changing tasks

Separate assignments by active order or warehouse section so each player has a clear target.

Avoid: Collecting duplicate products after another teammate has already completed the same checklist entry.

Leaderboard Attempt

Use a practiced route and fixed team responsibilities

  • Fastest player handles long shelf routes
  • Most accurate player verifies and packs
  • Available teammate keeps delivery trucks supplied

Memorize common item locations, start moving as soon as orders appear, and avoid unnecessary role changes during the run.

Avoid: Prioritizing movement speed over order accuracy and packing incorrect products.
